The house is located in the middle of the historic old town of Limburg at the foot of the famous Limburg Cathedral. The location is quiet, Shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. are can be reached in the shortest possible time. The Lahn with its relaxing walking and water sports facilities is close. If necessary, a stairlift leads to the 1st floor.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Das „Haus Andersen“ liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel nur 10 Fussminuten von Limburgs Innenstadt und dem Erholungsgebiet „Tal Josaphat“ entfernt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde das Haus 2019 renoviert. Die an die Küche angrenzende Terrasse lädt zu einem Kaffee im blumenreichen Garten ein. Die Feriengäste erwartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, ein Gäste WC, 3 abschließbare Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Magenta-TV, kostenfreies W-LAN.

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.
