The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Located in the middle of Limbach-O.. Close to Kaufland and special price tree market. The bus station is in very close. Very easy to reach via the A 4 and A 72.
