Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Limas

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Odile was always responsive and very flexible with our booking request. The apartment is in an ideal location - with a fabulous bakery just steps away. You are in the middle of the action, with beautiful views. The bedroom is in the back, so the nightlife sounds do not disturb your sleep. Would definitely return to this location.

Very nice place to stay & clean with beautiful views of Lyon from well lit loft-like apartment. Surrounding neighborhood is pleasant with easy walks to excellent dining and shopping. advice: steep cobbled streets - hire a taxi for front door drop off & pickup so you do not have to carry luggage

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, der trotzdem viel bietet. Gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Reibungslose Kommunikation und einfacher autonomer Zugang. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! I hope we can come back some day!

The host was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful town. The only things that could have been better were out of their control. My only warning is for longer stays. receiving packages was complicated, there’s no mailbox and the door opens into the street so there’s no way for them to be left for you. The package delivery people are impatient and walk away immediately after knocking so even if you’re in the room, they’re gone by the time you reach the door. I had to travel to retrieve multiple packages from a nearby town, and one package was never delivered at all because of this. But this is really only an issue for longer stays.

An incredible stay! My partner and I came to visit family and we were thrilled by this apartment. It’s in a lovely walkable location. The apartment was squeaky clean, with wonderful air conditioning and soundproofing, and tastefully appointed with thoughtful amenities. Some lovely touches included accommodation for an early check-in, access to laundry, and coffee and tea for our stay. The shower was also very nice, as were the products provided. We felt lucky to stay here and hope to return on our next visit to Lyon. Thank you, Wassim!

L’appartement de Benoit était tout à fait conforme à la description. Très propre, proche de tout et disposant de toutes les commodités. Je recommande fortement. Benoit a aussi été très flexible sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Logement très agréable très bien situé pour rayonner dans les vignobles du Beaujolais. Calme et rénovation récente. la grande salle de séjour et la terrasse sont très agréables pour déguster les vins achetés dans la journée. Seul minuscule bémol mais facilement modifiable : nous aurions apprécié d'avoir de beaux verres à vin pour encore plus apprécier nos dégustations sur place.

Très joli logement, on voit que les travaux ne sont pas totalement terminé ( il reste de la peinture à faire et le mobilier extérieur est à revoir) mais cela ne gênait en rien le séjour. Le logement a beaucoup de charmes et est fonctionnel. Le trampoline, les fléchettes, le babyfoot et la télé avec Netflix est un plus notamment quand il y a des orages 😉 Nicolas était très réactif et ses explications sont clairs. Je pense que l'accès au logement pourrait se faire un peu plus tôt, mais heureusement il y a pleins de choses à visiter aux alentours sur les bons conseils de Nicolas.

Maison exceptionnelle pour 13 personnes, la piscine est géniale, le parc d'une grandeur inouïe et l'intérieur de la maison est très bien conçu... on ne se gêne pas du tout en étant nombreux!

Hôte très réactive. Nous avons passé un paisible séjour comme souhaité. Merci à Isabelle et à sa famille pour son accueil. Je recommande ce petit cocon de tranquillité.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Un énorme merci pour ce très beau séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Excellent gîte ! Grand, propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé (jusqu'à la machine à glaçons !). Le gîte est superbement décoré et rénové, du neuf avec le charme de l'ancien, pierre, bois, parquets. Trop beau ! Tables intérieur, et extérieur très grandes parfait pour des repas conviviaux. Chambres, salles d'eau, wc, chacun son intimité. Grand parking, résidence fermée, facile d'accès. Attention beaucoup d'escaliers. la piscine, la terrasse, le terrain de pétanque, nous n'avions même plus envie de sortir et avons passé un excellent weekend ! Merci

Superbe logement bien équipé et bien situé , un bel environnement avec des randonnées sympathique à faire , le jacuzzi et la posicione sont un vrai plus , tout est propre et les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont étés joignables très rapidement lors de nos échanges , je recommande absolument ce logement et merci à Delphine et son mari pour cet agréable séjour

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dominique. Dominique est accueillante et attentionnée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, lumineux, calme, vraiment très agréable. Nous n'avons eu de plus aucune difficulté pour nous garer. A recommander absolument
