Our stone house, built in accordance with the original texture of Alaçatı that began in the early 1800s, with the harmony of the stones and wood of the region, aims for your comfort and peace with the opportunities it offers. Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

THERE IS A WATER TANK IN OUR VILLA. Thanks to the water tank, our guests are not affected by water cuts. There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceilings and air conditioning and bathrooms in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant vacation. There is also a hair dryer in each room. You can enjoy the Bali-style landscape with a private pool in the garden.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.
