Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little corner of heaven. Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Great, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Family trip, accompanied by our 2 dogs. Welcoming and warm hosts. Water bottles in the fridge and a brioche were waiting for us in the accommodation. What a delicate touch. Clean and pleasant apartment. Quiet, peaceful location, where you can hear nature. My dogs loved the terrace and the environment. City centre easily within walking distance. Pleasant village. I recommend this accommodation and give it 5 stars!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decoration, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The spa is a plus too. The proximity to sea is really nice. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Our stay was a real favourite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cocooning. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real holiday. Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. Very good communication with Marie-Claude, and very well received by Sylvie on site, very smiling and pleasant! The most with the private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city centre. The port is a little further away, 25 minutes away! I would 100% recommend this listing 😊
