The property is located on the sea in La Flotte. It is very well equipped - especially for someone with young children. Washing machine, dryer, high chair, stair gates, enclosed garden. In addition, the house is perfectly located right on the promenade. Everything is in walking distance. The place was really spotlessly clean!

Karen is a lovely person. We received a warm and personalized welcome with clear explanations and recommendations. It is also very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times and all this despite our last-minute reservation. The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful and charming building in a peaceful location with easy parking. It's perfectly arranged and equipped. We were 4 adults and a baby, the area was ideal. We had a lovely stay at Mona-Loa's place. The terraces were ideal for spending time outdoors in a peaceful environment. The sea and the market a few minutes walk away are a real asset. Noirmoutier en l 'île is located a few minutes away by car. We highly recommend it.

A perfect stay at Lorraine's! A warm welcome, a nice, well-equipped, impeccable and quiet house. 5 minute walk to all amenities, and for bike lovers, the garage is a real plus to park car and 2 wheels! The sun was at the rendezvous during our stay, so we were able to enjoy the small enclosed garden beautifully planted and not overlooked! In short, the accommodation is perfect for a short or long stay and we will be happy to come back on sunny days! Thanks to Lorraine and her mom who make every effort to make us feel at home! We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. As described. ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts accommodating for schedules. Beautiful environment and well maintained. An enchanted break on this little island. The accommodation is 2 steps from the port, restaurants and walks on the ramparts . The space is step-free what was perfect for my adorable 87 year old mother, more secure! The apartment is clean ,modern and has a terrace . The ++++ a box for the car!!! Thanks to Marina who is very responsive and will tell you the right restaurant and other tips I'll go back there without hesitation 🙏
