Holiday rentals with a pool in Lika-Senj County

A very picturesque and comfortable one. Swimmingly pool was a blessing. Highly recommended.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

A great holiday in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this holiday home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. The beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy, are particularly noteworthy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Privlaka was also an ideal starting point for excursions into the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Thank you dear Anita for this great stay!

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cuddly warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages in the surrounding area, and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

Nice, silent place, very close to the sea. Beach is about 7 minutes away. Pool was clean, and the whole property was very well equipped (except for the lack of bigger pots). We felt like at home. We had an issue with the infrared hob; everything was fixed in 2 hours. Recommended.

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

We had a great time together with our two daughters. Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea 🌊 The entire complex is beautifully landscaped - outdoor bar, play areas for children, pool - you will find a place to feel comfortable everywhere. We are still passionate about the beautiful area around Novi Vinodolski and will definitely come back to Drago and his nice family.

Ivan and his family were amazing. We had a last minute change and Ivan was very responsive and helpful. Extremely nice. Place was great!!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We stayed in Ante's house for a 2 weeks in August and would highly recommend this host. He is very responsive to the slightest request and knows all the right places to go. What's more, he's very friendly, and we'd like to thank him for his good humour throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus with the summer heat!

Baska is a bit crowdy but this appartemtn gives you a breath from it. Perfect swimming pool, quiet place. I love how fast Mia was reacting to messages and being proactive at any stage.

Niceapartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very large living room, kitchen. Living room with a large window with sea views. Outdoor terrace for dining with sunset views. 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach (clear water but a little algae thisyear). Complex located in a secluded area, where 500m away they are building a village. Air conditioning. Very well-stocked kitchen. The only downside: there are no mosquito nets. Too bad because the area is very ventilated and cool, you could enjoy the night.

Great place! One star minus for location because if someone do not like to drive in curves it will be not so pleasure to go to sea area where also the shops are ...

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are on a very high level, everything is in very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is also very good on the outside with a large cover. There is everything you need to eat larger groups. We used the grill and covered outdoor dining area almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to drive away a day or just take a smaller hike at the front door. The road up to the house is consistently paved and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived a little early and even got a welcome drink:-) We highly recommend the house especially for large families or groups of friends.

Very nice and clean accommodation. Well-equipped and cozy . The garden area was also very good, there were lots of opportunities to relax there. There were toys for the kids. It's family-friendly .
