The apartament has a separate entrance and extends over 110 square meters. It consist of 9 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, veranda, disposal room and 2 balconies.View extend to sea, islands, fort and whole town. Within the apartament is a fenced yard with a parking place in front of the house. Nearby is a supermarket and gas station (50m). The beach is 100 m away and town center 200m. Within the apartament are a fireplace and barbecue and a garden all available to guests.

80 m2 interior with balcony, fully stocked kitchen and a big pool in the yard. Everything is kept clean and Barbaque is at your disposal. Wine and cheese is possible for tasting as fruits and vegetables from the garden (if the season was good). This is just raw nature and eko tourism. There is a big table in the garden for 20 people and if it's guests request, we are making dinners for you: fish or meat. Sand beaches are mostly wild, open and amazing and it takes around 10-15 min with a car.

Quiet and relaxing summer vacation

If you are looking for a cosy apartment with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and nice terase this is the place for you. Apartment is 10 minutes nearby the sea and the City of Rab. You can take a bike or walk to the beaches. Perhaps, our apartment is not the most luxurious one, or the largest one, but it has some special charm and soul. It has something that makes people come year after year. It has beautiful nature, sea-view, it is pet friendly and close to the beach and the city.

My place is on the main square Pijaca, with unique view on the Catherdal of St. Mary. You’ll love my place because it is newly renoveted palace from the 15th century , with three modern design studio apartments. Despite being in the centar of the town , city beach is only 300 m from the house. In the ground floor of the house there is a small wine and cheese bar Trapula with a selection of local delicacies like famous chees.
