By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

This apartment is charming. Lovely decor ( particularly for an airbnb ) . Fantastic location . Being above restaurants and the port there is some noise at night and the stray drunken person at 3 am but if that does not worry you then the location is very pretty and convenient. The beds are very comfy but on the smaller side, if you are over say 6 foot 1 inches they may be a little short . Also could improve response time to messages. However the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the view is really great with a lovely little balcony and all in all highly recommended .

Pleasant stay for my guests, the exchange is pleasant, the accommodation is just as pleasant and the location is perfect for access to the center and the convention center. Don't hesitate to contact them they are very friendly and have other apartments. Thank you for this trip

Beautiful pool and garden

A nice beautiful house in the mountains, we had a great stay! We highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time!

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

A beautiful villa with lovely and airy views towards Massarosa, Viareggio and the sea. The photos show the house well, but it's only when you get to The Gargoyles that you really sense the size of the house. Very high under the roof, good rooms and lovely pool. Not much beats standing in the outdoor shower looking out over Massarosa. The outdoor area is very nice, but there will quickly be some sand in the house and in the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Both billiards and table tennis a plus. Bathroom for all bedrooms is convenient. We were two families who were here for over a week. The house is located perfectly for seeing a lot of this area. 20 minutes to Lucca, 25 to Pisa, 12 minutes to Viareggio with good eateries and lovely beach. Forte Dei Marmi, 1.5 hours to Florence and possibility of boat or train to Cinque Terre. A great starting point to experience a lot of Tuscany or just relax in this great house. Would love to go back here!

We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely come back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host. Accommodations in front of the Portofferaio pier, great location if you are on foot; small house, very cozy, in the agency you must pick up and return the keys but it is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation; very clean house upon arrival
