Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο όσον αφορά στην καθαριότητα και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άκρως φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί ☺️ Το σημείο είναι ήσυχο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Βενετία και στα γύρω νησάκια! Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ είμαστε ευγνώμων 🌸🌷🪻

Das Penthaus ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist total zentral gelegen. Zur Fußgängerzone ist es nur eine Querstraße. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und einfach toll. Sie hat zwei riesige Terrassen, eine für morgens und eine für abends. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wunderbar geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. wir haben uns wir zuhause gefühlt. Cecilia war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Viel besser geht es nicht.

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

Un alojamiento muy bueno, no se si de 10 pero al menos de un 8,5. Limpieza normal, no era excesivamente limpio, pero todo en orden. El barrio muy tranquilo. Las conexiones con el bus muy buenas y desde el aeropuerto también muy bien, a unos 25 minutos. A la casa no le falta nada de utensilios, dos camas de matrimonio muy cómodas y un baño con ducha también bien de tamaño. En general ha sido una estancia perfecta para nuestros días de visita a Venecia y el resto de Islas. Además Gabrielle atento en la comunicación y nos permitió entrar antes de lo previsto, unas 2 horas antes. Repetiría sin duda si vuelvo a esta zona

A wonderful place to stay. The bedroom opens out onto one of the rivers (but don’t worry not constant water traffic!) my daughter was obsessed with opening them to sit and watch the water every chance she could. One of the best showers I’ve had. Good pressure and temperature. Check in instructions with photos was perfect and reassuring. Communication responses and advice by Valeria was invaluable and her flexibility regarding our check out was very helpful. The place is a lovely walk away from everything. Nice and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Thank you so much!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, hat eine tolle Lage zum Strand (3 min zu Fuß) und in die Altstadt von Grado (10 min zu Fuß). Auch für unseren Hund hat es super gepasst. Für unsere Bedürfnisse sicher die beste Unterkunft, in der wir in Grado bisher waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Carlotta und Luca!

Absolutely loved our stay here - maybe one of the best I've had through AirBnB. It's a rare chance to stay in a proper non-touristy neighbourhood in Venice itself. Very affordable considering you get two bedrooms and a kitchen and living space, and you're in Venice proper. I would open the window in the morning and hear church bells from the church in the square right outside. But my favourite thing was how welcoming Robert and Maurizia were - They were wonderful hosts who clearly care about letting their guests have a good experience of their city. We arrived late on the first night and were concerned about finding a restaurant still open for dinner, but Maurizia called ahead to secure us a table at a great nearby place. And that's just one example of how nice they were as hosts. Absolutely recommend if you don't care about being in a new and shiny place, but would rather have an authentic experience with a warm welcome!

We only stayed for one night at the apartment and we were sad that we couldn’t extend it for at least another day. The place was spacious, well equipped, the internet was good and everything was clean… The parking was a bit tight but we managed to fit our car, and this was communicated in advance so we knew what to expect. Also, there is a nice sitting backyard area. Alberto was very responsive and overall a great host. If we’re ever in the area we would love to stay here again.

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesca war super. Wir konnten sogar eher einchecken, was mit Kind perfekt war. Francesca ist sehr aufmerksam . Wir hatten Obst und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Die beste Eisdiele von Lignano war in 1 min. zu erreichen. Zum Strand war der Weg sehr angenehm schattig. Das Haus liegt versteckt und es ist angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so konnten wir immer draußen sitzen. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole a casa di Pietro. Appartamento molto confortevole e spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio. Sistemazione ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Venezia è proprio accanto. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Mi piacerebbe molto tornarci! Grazie!

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Caorle nell’appartamento di Gianluca. Appartamento con una pulizia impeccabile, dotato di ogni comfort e ben fornito. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi… ottimo anche il sevizio spiaggia incluso nell’offerta che non è così scontato avere!

Ce logement est parfait Maria et Alvise sont adorables, discrets et présents si besoin Leurs informations sont claires et précises (pour l’arrivée, conseils pour les transports, l’exemption de la taxe etc etc) Le logement est parfait, grand, propre, joli, paisible, il ne manque rien A 10min à pied du vaporetto et Alilaguna, des plages A 100m d’une supérette, et 10min à pied d’une rue commerçante et animée Le choix de loger sur le Lido a été une excellente idée pour s’apaiser. Calme, et les locaux sont charmants Si nous revenons sur Venise, nous retournerons chez Maria et Alvise!!!

Wir sagen herzlichen Dank an Carla und ihren Mann Danielle! Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir über wichtige Dinge informiert (Vorbuchung von Eintrittskarten, da viele Touristen in der Karwoche in Venedig sind; Online-Antrag auf Befreiung vom Eintrittsgeld für die Stadt). Empfangen wurden wir mit einem herrlichen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Prosecco und Wasser. Die Fahrräder und die Terrasse konnten wir aufgrund des regnerischen, windigen Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Aber toll, dass die Möglichkeit besteht. Obwohl zentral gelegen ( 10 Minuten von der Vaporetto-Station, 2 Minuten zum Bus) genossen wir die Ruhe, den Blick in den Garten, die Kräuter aus dem Garten. Da Carla deutsch spricht, war jegliche Kommunikation persönlich oder per Handy unkompliziert. Sie hat immer sofort reagiert und nachgefragt. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben- nicht nur, weil die Sonne an unseren letzten beiden Tagen Venedig erstrahlte, sondern weil wir uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt haben bei Carla und Danielle.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!
