Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, only 300 m from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for recharging while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linen (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy!

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

With a capacity of 7 people, the cottage is perfectly suited to families with children. Nearby you will find restaurants, shops, places to visit, (castle, ecomuseum of glass, ...) as well as a greenway allowing you to take nice bike rides.
