Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Das Haus liegt über St. Lorenzen im Lesachtal, einem Bergsteigerdorf inmitten der Karnischen Alpen und Lienzer Dolomiten. Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, Skigebiete, Tourenskirouten, Wanderrouten, Klettersteige, Radwege, Schluchten und vieles mehr. Da wir eine ganz kleine Landwirtschaft haben besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit unseren Schafen in Kontakt zu Treten.
