Come and discover this lovely stone house which was fully refurbished & decorated by local craftsmen and counts on full amenities : Large outdoor jacuzzi, infrared sauna, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, Italian shower, and much more! Located in the lovely village of Neucy, you'll be in the heart of the Ardennes in the Lienne Valley to enjoy peacefulness, nature and total privacy.

Appartement pour 2 à 4 personnes maximum (y compris bébé) avec cour et jardin. Village calme, proche de la forêt, idéal pour les randonneurs ou pour les départs en vélo et VTT (rangement pour les vélos possible sur demande). 25 minutes de Spa-Francorchamps. 2 autres logements dans le bâtiment (calme souhaité après 23 h). Les fêtes/événements ne sont pas autorisés. Logement non fumeur. Animaux non admis. N.B.: Le téléviseur dans le logement n'est pas une smart TV.

Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Typical Ardennes house in shale stone, completely renovated. Remarkable for its authentic character, it is nestled in the heart of the village of Lierneux. In the past, it housed an old family forge where the hammer blows on the anvil still resonate. Perfect for couples and families with children (bed and/or high chair). Peaceful place. Activities on site: walks, bicycles, fishing, cross-country and alpine skiing... Nearby: Sunparks, Plopsa Coo, Durbuy...

The "little" house, charming family home

A family home since the beginning, the "little" house has seen our children and grandchildren grow up. Old farmhouse located on a quiet street next to the village castle, it is the starting point for many marked hikes, both pedestrian and cyclist. Ideal for families with children (5 bedrooms), it has a discreet sandbox, a barrier closing the garden on the street side, and a barbecue. Wi-Fi. Private pond nearby (800 m), possibility of swimming and fishing.

Relax in a unique setting. The Squirrel's tree house suspended in the heart of the trees will provide you with well-being and fullness. For nature lovers, you are close to the Hautes Fagnes plateau, the Hoëgne and Warche valleys, the Coo and Bayehon waterfalls. For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.
