The Norwegian "cabin standard" includes a combustion toilet and washing up by hand. Hot and cold water is available in the bathroom, and user instructions are included.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The apartment is one of nine condominium apartments in a charming brick building from the 1930s. It is 4 minutes away from downtown Drammen by car, bus, or electric scooter (bus and train stop). It takes between 10-20 minutes to walk to hiking and ski trails, Elvepromenaden, Elvebadstu, Union Scene, Library, Sports Stadium, Indoor Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Bowling, Fitness Center, Restaurants, Cinema and Game Bars. The shopping mall, Spiralen Utsikt, Lekeland, Megazone and the climbing gym(s) are 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment is literally located on Bragernes Torg. Everything is within easy reach here. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. It is also a short distance to the fields and Åspavlijongen. The place has its own indoor parking lot. The bus stops right outside the door, and the train station is only a short walk across the city bridge. Some of the pictures differ slightly from what it will look like, as some of the furniture will be replaced. The place has 2 bedrooms with double beds.
