Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Closest lake behind the house. Only 35 min to Oslo by car (50 min by public transport) and 20 min to Drammen (40 min by public transport). Bus stop only 3 minutes walk away. 5 minutes by car to Liertoppen shopping center and 15 minutes by car to Sandvika shopping center. A perfect place for family life in quiet surroundings. Lovely and representative residence! Extremely good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

Enkel tømmerhytte 40 min gange fra Landfallhytta/Landfalltjern. Solcelle for lading mobil/lys, gasskomfyr og god vedovn. Vannpumpe utenfor husveggen, godt drikkevann. Delikat utedo. Ta med sengetøy. 4 senger, 120 cm brede. Kjøkken enkelt utstyrt med det nødvendigste. Rikelig med ved.
