Great place for 2 or one guests, clean, quiet, central location, comfy, simplistic layout and great A/C cool and dry absolutely loved it ...

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here, everything was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed there nothing more, nothing less. The location to turn into the parking lot comes up fast so make sure to pay attention or you'll miss it. The beach is just across the street and a crosswalk is just a few steps away. We'd love to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Perfect stay for my family of 3! The house was within a 10 minute drive to beach parking for Siesta Key, and close to many restaurants. The host left clear instructions and responds quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool for evening swims! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view! The beach! Such a perfect family vacation for my husband and 4 high school aged kids. We rented bikes for the kids for the week from Beach Bums (they dropped them off and picked them up from the condo) which allowed them to get around. Morgan had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to a well stocked kitchen to prepare laid back dinners. We saw a manatee swim right by us as we floated in the pristine gulf waters just steps from our front door, loved the service and burgers just a walk away at Skinny’s, cooled off with several pina coladas from the Manatee Beach Bar, visited The Creperie several times during the week, and found the best grouper tacos to be at Harry’s. This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and have only good things to say about the location and about Morgan and her amazing condo. Morgan, thanks for your attentiveness and prompt responses and providing a space for our family to create lasting memories. I would recommend this condo 💯!!!!

The place was great. The balcony is amazing. The views are gorgeous. Very close to town. Maria is an excellent host! I’ve slept on a better bed. I tried both, the other bed is two beds pushed together to make a king. Wasn’t terrible just not the best. Master room gets bright early.

This stay was amazing. Extremely beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked condo with everything you need for a family vacation. The one swimming pool is diagonal from the condo and just a short walk to the private beach. Perfect location and very close to the village. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved staying here! We will be booking this again for next year!

Place is immaculate , and it feels like home not rental. I highly recommend it. It's also in phenomenal neighborhood, close walk/ ride to downtown.

This stay was perfect for what my family had in mind. It provided a relaxing vibe with what felt like was a private pool even though there were other guests in the other units. It was close enough to the beach that you could walk, if wanted. The space was clean, and Kyle was very accommodating to our requests. It was our first time traveling with our 2-month-old, and this host and place was well worth it.

This place was amazing! The unit was really nice and had all the amenities and more that we needed. We were able to cook our own food very easily. They had pots, pans, sharp knives, seasoning (and more than just salt/pepper), blender, and toaster. Being able to play at the beach right outside the unit, rinse off with the hose at the gate, and then jump in the pool was really nice! Can't say enough great things about it! Would definitely stay here again!

We love Gayle's place its great. This is the 2nd year my husband and I have stayed there for my birthday. We love how close the beach is and how nice and quiet the area is. Close by to a lot of restaurants. We will definitely keep coming back.

Location was excellent, property was clean and as described. Free trolley service right on the corner made traveling to the Village easy. The view of the beach was beautiful and the shower had ample pressure and hot water for the 5 of us. Only thing it was lacking was enough towels and cleaning supplies to keep kitchen area cleaned up after meals. Will. Definitely return in the future!

This place worked out for our children for a few days while we were staying right on the beach. They were only staying for a few days before heading back home to Utah! It was extremely clean and a very cute place!!

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Caitlyn's home is amazing! It is extremely clean and has everything you need. Well furnished and exactly what the pictures show. We stayed with 3 children ranging from 1-9 years of age and it accomodated everything we needed for the stay. Everything from a high chair and playpen. Lots of extra towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything you need for the beach as well. Perfect location as it is near highly rated local cuisine and also 5 minute drive to downtown and a few minutes drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key beach. The pool and gym and other amenities were great and were always clean. Very private and quiet ambience and the security to get in makes the property extremely safe. Caitlyn is always ready to respond to any inquiries and made communication so easy from check in to check out. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Thank you Caitlyn for being a wonderful host! Our family had an amazing vacation! 🌅☺️
