Beachfront holiday rental in Lido di Venezia

Beautiful apartment of good size, welcoming and generous host. The location is superb, a corner from the sea and the beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is better than in the photos. To reach Venice, it takes at least an hour by bus and boat, the return trip costs between 25 and 28 euros. With experience, it is better to choose boats from the same company as the buses because they are synchronised and you do not wait between the two and departures are more frequent.

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time too. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

Great location, private and accessible

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once you arrive, you will find a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! We had a wonderful stay the children were delighted between the sea a stone's throw away, the varied games by the driveway that leads to the beach, two very good restaurants and as a bonus blue ice cream! What more could you ask for! Being able to get to Venice easily? It's also possible thanks to the bus at the end of the street that takes you to the Vaporetto. We also visited Murano and Burano a pleasure for the eyes🤩. In addition, a thoughtful host who guided us very well and advised us to organize our stay as best as possible. Accurate messages with all the necessary information well before we leave, and always very responsive to responses. We had the pleasure of finding a bottle of prosecco and small chocolate eggs to welcome us🙏. The kids even had a little surprise on the day they checked out. We recommend eyes closed thank you again!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Massimo, thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. We spent 4 nights here and I have to say that so far it was the best apartment we booked on Airbnb. The price is warranted. The location is really 1A. There is a playground right next to it. The city and the sea are 5 min walk. The apartment actually has everything you really need. What I only missed was olive oil (I would have liked it, if I am already in Italy) but there was sunflower oil + a salt shaker (salt was available but bad for portioning) and possibly a tip from me to you for the beach extra towels. That would have been awesome. The electronic devices were very clean and I don't think they were old either. The apartment was super super clean and very modern. The patio was our highlight. It was all very comfortable. There was a high chair for my son, which I was very happy about. The parking is large.

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. :-)

The location near the beach is great, the busier streets near the Vaporetto pier are 10-12 minutes' walk away. The apartment is more functional than luxurious, two rooms plus a room that serves as a kitchen/dining room/living room, but that was completely ok for the price. It was nice that someone greeted us in person.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, felt really at home and would like to come again soon. Grazie mille!

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Thank you for a great time. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station, which can take you anywhere. Also within walking distance is a beautiful embankment with many restaurants, in 15 minutes you can walk to the city center. The accommodation is excellent, the kitchen has everything you need. Also, the stavri on the windows add a special charm to the apartment;)
