Beachfront holiday rental in Lido di Tarquinia

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

A great place to stay in

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

Francesca's apartment is in a great location. The balcony is amazing, you can look at the sea. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Francesca went smoothly. Thank you, we had a nice time.

I stay in this wonderful accommodation for 3 nights . It is in front of the beach which makes this accommodation even better , it is not very far from Rome , so you can stay here enjoy the beach and the sun and also go and visit the city of Rome . The accommodation was also very clean and tidy and has everything you need. The host is totally wonderful, very friendly and is always attentive to anything you need, whether it's coffee , clean towels, snacks or anything else. I felt very safe and comfortable in this home, I really felt at home , so I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip 😊☺️☺️

The stay was great. Especially the location is amazing. Directly on the beach and still so easy to drive with the train to rome. The apartment was pretty clean and in good condition. Just important to know. the bed has a very soft mattress, we sleep better on a harder matrass. But that is for sure a personal preference The communication was amazing and Camilla was very caring. So we definitely felt very good at her place. Thanks so much for that

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Fantastic stay for two people with breathtaking views and direct access to the sea. Donatella is very helpful as a host and will give you useful tips on Porto Santo Stefano and coves in the area. Super recommended!

The accommodation is located in a residence at the beach of the cannelle. Beautiful gated garden in front of the place, very useful for our dog. Michelangelo and Eleonora are very kind, caring and extremely honest people, we had a very good time.

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! Thanks Isabella! It was beautiful.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia
