A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are of a kindness and availability never seen by a host. Everything truly impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and comfortable to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

It was incredible to be in a historic building and be able to admire the panorama of the Fermane hills. Chiara and her husband are helpful and welcoming people, they made us find an amazing homemade cake.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Impeccable stay from every point of view, in a studio equipped to the right point, located in a quiet and sheltered area of Civitanova, close to the supermarket and city centre, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Clean house and full of everything you need, and host Giorgio is very kind and super welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay here for the next holidays!

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

We recommend this accommodation to everyone: the friendliness of Nausicaa and the impeccable house in an enchanting and very quiet location made our stay very pleasant. We will carry this short vacation in our hearts and hope to be able to return

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Judith and Piero welcomed us very warmly, we immediately felt very welcome. The view from the terrace offers magnificent views over valleys and hills to the snowy mountains. There was even a bottle of welcome wine and a fruit basket ready, very pleasant after a long journey. The apartment was fully equipped, we could easily take care of ourselves in the kitchen. We liked to notice Judith's restaurant tips and loved it. Overall a completely successful stay for which we are very grateful to Judith and Piero.

The apartment is so lovely! It was very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. There’s clearly been alot of care taken in furnishing & decorating the space. The supermarket is just around the corner so we cooked on a few nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent most of our time when at home on the balcony, eating our meals and looking out at the view of the water. We left Numana feeling very rested. Elisa & Laura were excellent hosts, proactive with check-in instructions and helpful with anything that came up. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic town. It’s really well designed and in a superb location. Ripatransone is somewhere you must visit if you’re in the area. We had a great time in the local bars and restaurants and loved Emanuele’s place. Communication was great, the apartment was so, so lovely. And the rooftop terrace is the icing on the cake. I give Emanuele’s place my highest recommendation.

Elena's charming little apartment is located in a beautiful nature reserve. We completely relaxed here. The village of Quintodecimo has been severely affected by the earthquake but the residents are working hard on the recovery. The hospitality of Elena, her family and also of the people in the village, made us feel welcome. We very much enjoyed our stay.
