Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features.
