Le Pitte 4 is part of a typical renovated Tuscan farmhouse, furnished and designed to make you feel at home: it is located on a hill in the Mola plain, on the edge of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the central part of Elba, facing southwest, near Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, and various sandy, gravel and rocky beaches. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, double beds, a full bathroom, and a comfortable glass shower. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs. Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

It is equipped with all comforts and has private parking included on the property.

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.

The independent apartment, measuring 40 square meters, has a 10-square-meter patio in front where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. The beach can be reached by a very short private path, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, among pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation.
