Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home! Quiet and cozy! Don't be surprised there's no air conditioning. The house is insulated and has thick walls. At 35 degrees, we didn't need air conditioning. Her relatives live in the house next door and are always ready to help! There's a wonderful garden with fireflies and geckos!There are insect nets😁 everywhere. The road to the apartment is very winding, but it is also very beautiful. Only six kilometers from the highway. 20 km from the beach. There are shops nearby (5-6km). Gas stations on every corner. We highly recommend it. Vodafone's range is not very good, but there is a router in the apartment. With two bathrooms and two toilets! Clean and tidy! Our family is very happy! I highly recommend it! We had a nice time in a great accommodation in the middle of a charming location. Marco was super nice, helpful and communicative.

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

A huge thank you to Barbara! The apartment was impeccable, very clean, tastefully furnished and quality furniture, ideal location we could do everything on foot. Close to the port and 8 minutes' walk from the train station. I can only recommend Barbara's place

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Hidden gem with spectacular views. Very friendly and supportive hosts. Cozy getaway with everything you need. Off the beaten tracks but close enough.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Exceptional accommodation. A very good place to be able to hike to other places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. The house is perfect for a family. It is as shown in the photographs. Perfect cleanliness. A/C and fans. The pool is a plus that has cheered the holidays to everyone. After hiking home and being able to take a dip, it's the best!. Everything you need for a vacation. Carmela, excellent host, welcomed us without waiting, made recommendations to visit and was always available to us. Both the children and the elderly, we have enjoyed the house and the incredible surroundings of this land. I would definitely repeat. I absolutely recommend it Thank you very much Carmela for leaving us your home and making us feel like ours.

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling down after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

They came right away in the cold weather and replaced it with a warm duvet. It was a warm and happy place during my stay.

I had the pleasure of staying in Lisa's accommodation and I can only warmly recommend it! Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia is always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to stay outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready and give tips if necessary. Recommend!

We stayed here for two nights, we were in 7 people total + 5 dogs. The house is very welcoming and although for seven people it is a little small we had no problems with space. The house is beautiful even if with a lot of dust, I had a little allergy but it is a risk that I took as Silvia had made it clear from the beginning. Beautiful garden, with the perfect barbecue area. Our dogs had a great time. I recommend everyone to stay here, it will be worth it!

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!
