Massimo and his wife were super nice and took very good care of us. The apartment is very well located, the train station and the sea are easily accessible. It was also great that we could use the bicycles.

The apartment is in a well-maintained apartment building in a cul-de-sac. It's very quiet. On foot, you can reach a beautiful, public beach in about 5 minutes and the centre is also not far on foot. You can quickly reach large supermarkets by car. The equipment of the apartment is also very good. In the kitchen, there are plenty of cutlery and dishes, so you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farmhouse. The property is wonderful, tastefully furnished with particular attention to the recovery of antique and valuable furniture. Impeccable cleanliness and the outdoor spaces are also very appreciated! The location is perfect, quiet but well connected, with everything you need within walking distance. The host is really kind and helpful. It was an experience that exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back!

We had such a lovely stay at Elena’s apartment! We took advantage of the offer of transfer from Pisa which made things so easy and Luisa and her husband were lovely. The apartment is gorgeous with absolutely everything you need (including sun loungers in the utility room which made the terrace a perfect place to chill out). Air con throughout which was welcome as it was very hot! The location is great - 5 mins walk to the seafront, 15 mins to the train station or harbour. Loads of restaurants, bars, deli’s, shops on your doorstep. We would definitely stay again, thanks so much for having us.

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We had a great time. Paola and Vincenzo were super sweet, accommodating and even invited us to eat pizza with them. It was a great evening and with the help of Translator and Google, we were able to communicate very well. The apartment was as described. Great value for money! Thank you for everything!

I'll start by saying that Fatjon and Anjeza are two really kind and courteous hosts courteous, very responsive in answering with quick times. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift and is truly equipped with every comfort. The towels were super soft and very comfortable and the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, everything extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in the apartment, 4 adults and 1 child of 18 months, and we felt at home. Really, congratulations, if I ever return to the area, we know where to stay.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thanks to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on arrival and departure to the station.

Great apartment in a great location with lots of space. Easy to check in and out

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

We had a wonderful holiday with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very easily. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment is really large and we lacked nothing. We can well imagine coming back. :)

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every evening on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.
