Holiday rentals with beach access in Lido delle Nazioni

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment, on the second floor, is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to get around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return. We highly recommend this place!

Daniel was polite , precise, and proactive (he gave me a couple of useful tips). The perfect directions for check-in/check-out . Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

We were guests of Tiziana for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is only a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Very helpful and nice host, the house is in a nice area 2 steps from the beach and the centre and equipped with everything. the icing on the cake was the bikes made available.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Elisa is very available for any questions or needs, the apartment is very functional, convenient location both for the beach and for the center of Bellaria. I would go back.

My stay in the accommodation provided by Jean Pierre was a real highlight from start to finish. The apartment is located in the middle of the historic old town of Chioggia, also known as the "Little Venice". As soon as I entered the apartment, I noticed the cleanliness and the loving, harmonious design – everything was hygienically perfect and tastefully furnished. The design perfectly rounded off the holiday and ensured a cosy atmosphere. The area offers numerous restaurants, bars and small shops, so there is something for everyone. Chioggia unfolds its very special, romantic charm in the evening hours - a real experience! Contact with Jean Pierre was always uncomplicated and cordial. He was always at my side with quick and detailed answers via mobile phone and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. His support was truly exclusive.

First of all, I want to mention that I don't write reviews often. But this time it is very important to me, as we have had a very good experience & I fully recommend Stefania. We spent 1 week in Stefania's apartment with our children (6&10). Stefania is an excellent host who always responded quickly & helped us very well with all questions & concerns. It is very warm & helpful. The apartment was nicer & bigger than shown in the photos. Also, the condition is very good, modern & very clean. It is equipped with what you need. A private parking space in the courtyard, 2 balconies,elevator, very good air conditioning (for cold & heat), good bedding & soft well smelling towels were available. Washing machine available if needed. The beaches in Sottomarina (3 min. walk), shopping,the old town&Chioggia are close. There are also frequent buses. The parking garages& restaurants are convenient. Excursion tip: Porto Caleri Botanical Garden.

We had a great stay in the apartment, the location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly, as well as various shopping and restaurants and bars are nearby. Everything was clean and well maintained, all rooms are air-conditioned, which is wonderful in the summer months. The balcony with elevated seating was brilliant, which invites you to watch the nightlife with a good glass of Prosecco or beer. Overall, we had a great vacation in the apartment.

Recently renovated accommodation. Thoughtful and functional decor. New, extra clean sheets and towels. Ability to use the washing machine and ironing. Stefania is friendly and present. Really a positive experience.

Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.
