The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Inke's guest apartment

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city centre, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car in the yard.

Nice apartment for 4 people

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. We are in the countryside and offer lots of space. At night you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter it snows with us while it only rains in Paderborn. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion venues in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can go for miles or walk through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in the summer.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. On 70sqm with a large sunny south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it right in front of the door. The Westfalentherme spa with sauna area and swimming pool is a 6-minute walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
