We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Canyon Cove. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by Ate Merna and a smooth transaction with the owner up to check-in process. The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — from a functional kitchen to a cozy lounge area and a balcony with breathtaking views. Also, the building was clean despite that it was old and so was the pool and beach area. Over all, it was a great experience and would book again next time.

Besides a 15-minute. delay in the check-in due to cleaning delays, ALL IS AWESOME! 💯 Pity on the cleaning staff tho, I think previous guests were extra messy—why they extended. Nonetheless, this was such a great experience for our family. 💖 Would recommend a printed-out QR code for the Wi-Fi connection.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. It truly made us feel right at home. A big bonus was its close proximity to both the beach and the poolside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group!

We loved our stay! Wonderful place - clean and complete amenities. Gab is very accommodating and responsive. Ate Rhea was also helpful with our inquiries and requests. Pico is such a lovely oasis. We had a fantastic stay at Canyon Cove Apartment 16! The beachfront location was stunning, with scenery rivaling Boracay or Palawan. Our group of 12 enjoyed spacious accommodations with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The apartment had board games, billiards, and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for our group. The only downside was the lack of karaoke (a must-have for us singing enthusiasts!) and some maintenance issues with water leaks and clogs in the bathroom. Despite these minor flaws, our overall experience was wonderful. With some repairs, this place could be truly amazing!

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! A nice place right in front of the beach! There are lot of spaces that igood for big groups..and i really liked the long table that was placed right in front of the scenic ocean! Kitchen has all the things you need if you are cooking meals. Rooms are clean and the caretakers are really friendly.. since it is situated in a cove, the ocean is calm and safe for kids swimming!

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

The place was very spacious and offered a beautiful view of Mountain Forest. I will certainly return for our next vacation, as my family and I had a wonderful time.

It was very clean and the view outside was very pleasant to look at. The place was actually very comfortable to sleep at. The amenities listed there were complete and there were no troubles with the appliances & also the bathroom.

Liked the place especially that it's pet friendly! Clean space ans complete kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and instructions were very clear we didn't have a hard time getting in to Pico and the place itself. Recommendable!

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.
