In the front row on the sea, the Granito villa enjoys a great location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where you can find markets, bars, restaurants and shops. The living room is divided into two rooms, an area with a dining table and one with a sofa and TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Independent accommodation in a small residence. Complete with everything, we just changed the bed and mattress and added a new sofa bed. Recently built, class C with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. Two beaches 2 and 6 minutes walk away and a world to visit 15/20 minutes drive away, La Pelosa, the island of Asinara, Stintino and its ancient port, the beautiful Alghero and much, much more to discover...
