Holiday rentals with beach access in L'Herbaudière, Noirmoutier-en-l'Île

The stay in Prefailles was very nice. The place is in a great location facing the ocean. A short drive to Pornic and Pointe St Gildas. Anne-Charlotte took care of our well being. We didn't miss a thing.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

Amazing views of a sunset in a functional and thoughtful environment. Outside of the period it remains an ideal destination for a small romantic weekend.

I had a good time by the sea. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The beach and city center are close. It's quiet in the evening and at night. Nathalie is a pleasant, efficient and flexible host. Recommended without hesitation!

Excellent stay at Martine's, very functional apartment, the veranda is a real plus to enjoy the sea view, and the embankment is really close!

Jean-Noel welcomed us very warmly in his beautiful accommodation. We greatly appreciated his availability and kindness. The location is ideal, just go down the private staircase to get to the beach, and its restaurant.

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and efficient, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 and 4) also loved their holidays. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300m away... enough to be completely exotic!

Small green cocoon close to the beach and close to shops. Modern and well-equipped accommodation. Neighbors close but quiet and quiet (at least at this time of year). Highly responsive communication with hosts. Everything is done remotely but always with little touches/recommendations from them. Be careful if you are traveling with an infant/toddler the stairs are very steep and easy to access - it requires a little attention. We enjoyed our stay very much, despite the mixed weather;)

perfect place clean, functional . Just be careful for the elderly, you can't park next to the listing and the dangerous stairs.

We had a lovely week at Steeve's house. The property is clean, perfectly furnished, in a very quiet area and close to the sea. Walking tours are top notch. We were with my wife and two daughters. Recommended👍🏼 Ps: a big thank you to Sylvie for her kindness

Carole's house is a small haven of peace. Beautiful location facing the sea, with a path accessible at the end of the garden. The winter veranda allows you to enjoy the scenery when the weather does not allow you to go to the terrace, from where you also see the sea, conducive to aperos while admiring the sunset! The bedding is very comfortable, which is rare for an Airbnb. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Communication with Carole is fast and efficient. The surrounding area is beautiful for walking or cycling.

great we spent at Audrey's! the apartment is similar to the listing and so well located in front of the sea.. Audrey's mom welcomed us very well and was very available! I would recommend it without hesitating!

Caroles appartment is absolutly fantastic, well designed and equipped with a personal touch. On the arrival day we received a friendly service from Solene and the when we left again. We will recommend this place and appartment very much - value for money !

Second visit to Gildas, When we come back, it's like Responsive host, flexible on schedules , accommodation clean and as described , pleasant location for connection. We can only recommend and will probably come back. See you again.

We had a very nice 4 days at Patricia's, very responsive and full of instructions to make it easier for us. The apartment is great, we felt very good there.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged and above all very well located, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. No need to take the car, everything is next door. Patricia is very friendly and available even remotely.

A real delight! We spent a week out of time! The place is impeccable with an extraordinary view! The small restaurants at the foot of the building are very good! In short, we highly recommend it!!!

We had a great time in St Jean de Monts. Emilie and Yorick's accommodation is nice, functional and comfortably quiet with very easy beach access. It is also well located and makes it easy to visit the Vendée.

We had a lovely stay at Croisic at Claire's. The accommodation is well-equipped, and the residence is perfectly located for walking. We will definitely be back!
