Everything has been refurbished for optimal comfort and rest. The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.

You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up. My place is good for couples and families with kids and has a living room (2 sofas, flat screen TV), kitchen area (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all the necessary dishes) 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine. 2 bikes.

Exterior with electric plancha garden furniture available. Linens and towels not provided beds in 140. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay or optional €40 to be paid on arrival.
