New house in Loguivy-de-la-Mer, 1 min from the beach (in front of Ile de Bréhat). 5km from Paimpol and 5km from the pier to Bréhat Island. A lot of parking even allows you to park a boat! In this village, there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. The terrace of 30 m2 is facing south and has 2 large deckchairs, a table and benches.
