Hazel’s home is in an idyllic location. We had everything we needed, and Hazel was very responsive. This has much more of the feel of a traditional, personal home being shared than any other AirBnb we’ve been in. There is personality and character all throughout.

Das Haus ist eine kleine Perle auf Harris and Lewis. Es bietet Komfort und hat eine erstaunlich gut sortierte Küche! Kochen hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht! Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sehr sauber und wirklich liebevoll hergerichtet Iain und Fiona geben sich wirklich viel mühe! Auch als wir ein Problem hatten, wurde uns sofort geholfen und wir mussten nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Wonderful place that feels very secluded. Easy in and out of town with a car and the setting of staring at the bay and the surrounding farm animals is all you could want. House itself is great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I was familiar with the area and we used lodge as place to stay and reach Skye & Applecross, excellent value cost spread by 6 guests. We found local representative Yvonne to be of considerable value, responding quickly to requirements.

The Spoons was everything we wanted. The apartment has quality linens, towels, kitchenware, and furniture. Doug's attention to detail is over the top. 2 large books detailed instructions on the operation of everything in the apar area information. The welcome basket which included fruit, bread, milk, wine, etc was great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need from a Nespresso machine to a pizza cutter. As others have said, the shower is amazing. We loved it so much that we are getting the exact same shower head for our bathroom. The location is great, close enough to Portree to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. As great as everything was, Doug's helpfulness put it over the top. We had a tire problem on a Saturday night. Doug called and arranged for someone to come out that evening to fix the problem. The repairman said he would be out the next day, Doug persisted and the guy was there in an hr. Do yourself a favor, stay here!

Tout commença parfaitement avec une vue sur le loch et une petite attention avec des œufs frais. La vue est magnifique et la maison parfaitement équipée. Nous aurions aimé reste plus longtemps. Un séjour parfait dans une île à couper le souffle

The place was beautiful and comfortable. It was like going home after a long day of travel.

Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé chez Sarah. Logement impeccable tant au niveau de la propreté que de la disposition des pièces et l’emplacement. La salle principale avec la cuisine était très grande et très joliment décorée avec un poêle à bois. Très agréable pour réchauffer la pièce après de grandes balades dans les environs. Il y avait absolument tout pour bien faire la cuisine. Rien ne manquait. Sarah est une personne charmante et très disponible avec qui la communication est très facile. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description sur le site. Il y a très franchement aucun point négatif, je recommande vivement le logement de Sarah. Les vues de l’appartement sur le loch donne l’impression de vivre sur un bateau. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu. C’est de loin le plus beau et le plus confortable que nous avons eu lors de notre roadtrip de 15 jours en Écosse.

A unique place. We felt very serene here on the little island. Super relaxing views from the hot tub and there's kayaks to use (for a fee) that give you great access to the beautiful sheltered bay. Comfy bed too.

If you want to tour Skye without paying inflated Skye prices, this cottage is a great option as it is only a ten minute drive to the Skye bridge. Plus you are well situated for exploring Plockton, Applecross, Glenelg, etc. The cottage is in a very peaceful setting. You will really enjoy driving back from a day’s exploration because the evening light is so wonderful in the Highlands. We had a week of unusually warm weather - good luck with yours on the “misty isle”.

Joyce’s studio was a stunning place to stay. It’s near enough to local amenities and the key things to do on the Isle of Skye, whilst being off-grid for a private and special place to stay. The scenery is absolutely wonderful and the location is very quiet and idyllic. The space has been designed very well and we immediately felt at home. Very clean, great kitchen with all the required amenities and a good sized bathroom with a great shower. The bed was comfortable and lounge area was perfectly placed to look out over the loch. We would absolutely stay here again if ever back on the Isle of Skye.

Great little house in an absolutely gorgeous location—the perfect base for exploring Uist. Rhonda was an excellent host, regularly contacting us with any updates and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Hope to be back soon!

We loved this place. Truly beautiful surroundings, right on the waterfront. Nice little pub up the road that does good food and a small well stocked shop. The house was lovely. Very comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely place, with lovely hosts. We only regretted having to leave too early for our next destination ☺️ Ian and Linda are extremely nice. Very flexible. The place was super comfortable and clean. Lovely! This cute, well-appointed cottage nestled on a sheep farm overlooking a loch was perfect for our family of five and our four wonderful days on Skye. Karen was a first rate host, super responsive and helpful. We’d stay again in a heartbeat

We had a great stay in this beautiful traditional cottage. The photos don’t do it justice. The location is central to the whole island so it was very easy to reach both North and South. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday with a slow pace of life, the Joiners is perfect. Everyone is so friendly. We really enjoyed exploring the island and its rugged beauty and stunning beaches. Eating out options are limited and you have to drive however the quality is excellent especially the seafood.

The perfect location in Shieldaig, walkable to local facilities with easy parking and the most amazing views from every window. It was so relaxing just to sit and watch the water and wildlife. We had some cracking walks, including one from the door. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the location. Duncan made us welcome and I’d love to visit again sometime.
