The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and refreshing stay in a so called "energetic place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the South of the Alps.

Our chalet is the perfect base for exploring many activities in the area, including visiting the picturesque village of Grumo, hiking in the beautiful nearby mountains, bouldering in the world-renowned Boulder Area of Chironico (5-minute drive away). You can also discover the many other attractions: Ritom lakes (20 minutes), Carì ski resort and Giornico village (10 minutes)

Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
