Monthly Rentals in Levate

It was our first Airbnb house, that we would love to rent long-term and actually live in it. The place is spacious and well-maintained, the area around the house is nice for a family with kids. Valerio was really helpful, beyond our expectations. The reaction was immediate and we were always in touch. Levate is a pedestrian-friendly town, small and calm for a family with 4 children. You can get to big supermarkets by car or using the public transportation. We will definitely return to this beautiful and peaceful home.

We only had 1 night before an early flight, but we liked the small things left for our kid - fully equipped crib (with a toy inside) and cutlery and a baby seat for him. He enjoyed that gesture a lot <3 Other than that we didn't do much as we had a long day of driving from another place and we were dying for some rest

Susanne welcomed us on our arrival, the house is wonderful and clean. The children had a nice surprise for their birthdays and there are also many games available! It will certainly be our reference in case we happen to return to the area!

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and well looked after. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The apartment has air-conditioning which was essential with the unexpected high temperatures we experienced when we visited Italy. There are a number of good local restaurants and shops a short walk away and even more in Bergamo which is approximately 15 minutes by car. The area around the flat was clean and peaceful. The host, Paolo, was extremely helpful and responsive to messages as well as flexible with check in times. Check-out was simple. We would highly recommend this apartment and the host.
