Estremamente disponibile il signor Giorgio, nel consegnare / ritirare le chiavi all' orario da noi richiesto. Ci ha salutato con la tipica focaccia ligure con un gesto tanto inaspettato quanto gentile. Luca invisibilmente ma costantemente presente e contattabile. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, non ci è mancato proprio nulla! Grazie

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell'appartamento di Roberto che è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante la nostra permanenza a Santa Margherita. Location perfetta con vista mare e a due passi da tutti i servizi della città (ristoranti, panifici, supermercati, cinema, partenza bus e traghetti). La città è davvero una perla e una base perfetta per visitare i dintorni magnifici come Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli!! Consigliato fortemente!

Amazing stay at Davide's place! Everything was so nice. The location is amazing, beautiful, peaceful, in the middle of the olive trees, surrounding by the mountains and the sea in the distance. The apartment is very nice, super clean, with all you need to stay a few days and even more. Davide was very welcoming and showed me all sorts of things to do, sights to see in the area and places to try liguria's best specialities. Not forgetting the vegetable garden with tomatoes, potatoes and figs! And the swimming pool with this amazing view :) And the free parking! So yes, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Marina. Le logement à tout le nécessaire et plus encore (meme pour les plus petits) Tout est parfaitement propre et pleins de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Vous avez accès à l’extérieur avec un barbecue et la vue depuis la chambres est magnifique. À 25 minutes de Levanto pour profiter des Cinque Terre. Tout était parfait !

Elena è un host attenta e sempre disponibile. La casa è bene arredata, curata nei minimi dettagli e con tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi. Consiglio sia per l’host che per l’alloggio!

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!

Ce logement était parfait et correspondait parfaitement à notre famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Il pourrait également correspondre à deux couples étant donné qu’il y a deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain demain l’ensemble donnant sur le jardin. Ce dernier est clôturé et joliment arboré avec une terrasse couverte pour s’abriter du soleil, le logement dispo de tous les équipements nécessaires machine à laver sèche-linge, plaque de cuisson lave-vaisselle. L’autre nous a également mis à disposition quelques dosettes pour la machine à laver dosette pour le lave-vaisselle du sel, du sucre ou encore des dosettes de café. Ce qui est fortement appréciable, il a été très réactif lors de nos questions et tous ces extrêmement bien passé. Nous recommandons très certainement à tout le monde, ce logement qui vaut vraiment le coup car très spacieux Très moderne ou l’on s’y sent bien. Nous recommandons.

Casa estremamente nuova, pulita e profumata. Posizione perfetta per dimenticare l’auto e girare a piedi o in bicicletta. Laura host splendido, super gentile e disponibile.

Die Steinhäuser von Giovanni & Danielle sind einfach traumhaft! Sie liegen auf einem Hügel in einem wirklich wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet in absoluter Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wanderwege die direkt von Haus losgehen sind einer schöner als der Andere. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist unglaublich gemütlich und so liebevoll renoviert, es ist eine Freude! Und dann sind da noch Elena, Dario und ihr Sohn Pietro die den Aufenthalt mit ihrer freundlichen Art perfekt machen. Vielen vielen Dank! Größte Empfehlung!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Siamo andati lì dal 22 e 23 aprile e abbiamo dormito lì una notte, da subito Clementina è stata disponibile a rispondere velocemente a dubbi e perplessità sulla casa e a darci consigli su parcheggi, cosa fare e com’era il tempo. La casa era pulita, con un bel bagno e delle belle camere, unica pecca se si deve trovare era il treno di fianco alla casa, ma che una volta addormentati non dava più di tanto fastidio. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno ospitato e abitando di fianco all’appartamento se si hanno dei problemi o si ha bisogno di qualcosa sono subito lì. Davvero complimenti a questa famiglia che è stata gentilissima nei nostri confronti, Abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno☺️

A szállás kifogástalan volt. Közel a központhoz. Kényelmes, tiszta szobák. Gabriele nagyon kedves és bármikor bármivel állt rendelkezésre. Ha erre járunk biztos, hogy itt szállunk meg. Erősen ajánlott szállás.

Chambres spacieuses, terrasse appréciable. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue. La gare La Spezia Migliarina est à 20 minutes à pieds (7 minutes en voiture et assez aisé pour se garer), il faut souvent changer de train pour rejoindre les cinque terre à la gare La Spezia centrale (en général,c’est assez rapide). Le logement est à proximité d’un supermarché et d’un arrêt de bus. Giovanna est très accueillante,de bons conseils et réactives. Nous avons eu un petit problème d’eau chaude le 1er soir,elle est venue très rapidement.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

Freundlicher Empfang, super Kommunikation, Wohnung sehr geräumig, gemütlich, sauber. Bequeme Betten, gemütliche Einrichtung. Die Lage ist toll und sehr zentral. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wohnung verfügt über alles, was es braucht

Logement bien placé, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Deux vraies chambres avec une très bonne literie, (coussins, couvertures et serviettes en quantité pour un confort maximal) Le centre ville est très facile d'accès à pied, un super marché tout proche. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

le logement de Serena est impeccable. le centre ville de La spezia et la gare pour les 5 terres est à peine à 30 minutes à pied. pas besoin de voiture, c'est l'idéal. je reviendrai.

Magnifique établissement ! Calme, luxueux tout y est ! Nous regrettons d’avoir pris que 2 nuits. C’est une certitude nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Par contre, nous vous conseillons de faire des courses avant d’arriver au logement ou de manger à l’extérieur car à Ognio malheureusement le restaurant est fermé. Gros coup de cœur pour la Tana di Jack a quelques km du logement.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Nonstate siamo arrivati molto in ritardo per il check in ci hanno accolti molto bene!

Ho soggiornato una notte con i miei figli. Struttura pulitissima fornitura di ogni confort. Host attento a tutto degno di un hotel 4 stelle. Bagno e lenzuola perfette. Bello svegliarsi la mattina nel Verde.

Один из самых незабываемых мест в Италии, Рапалло, самый удобный населенный пункт для посещения в Портофино, дом который мы взяли был лучшим, чистым, светлым, а главное удобным. Хозяин была лучшей за весь мой опыт, она практически помогла нам открыть для себя Портофино!
