The Westerkwartier is characterized by the beautiful scenic landscape. The provinces of Drenthe and Friesland are just around the corner. Half an hour away is the Lauwersmeer area and the boat to Schiermonnikoog. We do not serve breakfast as standard On the morning after arrival, breakfast is free of charge on the basis of up to 2 people. The days after that you can order breakfast for €20 p.p.

The proceeds contribute to the sustainability of our park.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop deliciously and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

The studio is part of a multi-generational home that has been realized in a former healthcare institution. The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance you enter the fully equipped kitchen-living room. The bedroom has a luxury Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed you can look out the garden or into the forest.

Cottage Jasmijn has an extensive kitchen with, among other things, a large stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with television and cozy pellet stove. Everything is on the ground floor in the cottage. In front of the cottage, you have a cozy south-facing terrace with garden.
