Disposeu d'aparcament privat, gaudireu d'un espai ampli, equipat amb televisió, aire condicionat, cuina, rentadora i bany complet. Per que els hostes puguin descansar i disfrutar de l'estada, hem instal·lat noves balconeres per aconseguir un bon aïllament tèrmic i acústic. Gran terrassa amb vistes al mar, a les Illes Medes i a la muntanya de Rocamaura. També disposeu de wi-fi gratuït. Al entrar veureu el ampli menjador/sala d'estar amb sofà-llit per 1 adult o 2 nens, taula i cadires, televisor, aire condicionat. Des de allà accediu a la terrassa, amb taula i cadires on podeu relaxar-vos o esmorzar veient el mar. La cuina es oberta amb barra i 2 tamborets per esmorzar, esta completament equipada amb forn, vitroceràmica, microones, nevera, cassoles, olles, paelles, safates, vaixella i totes les eines necessàries, així com oli, sal, sucre, paper de cuina, i sabó i fregalls. També trobareu un torrador de pa i una cafetera tipus goteig i una tipus italiana i un bullidor d'aigua. Teniu wi-fi gratuït, trobareu la contrasenya al menjador. L'habitació te un llit de matrimoni de 150 cm molt còmode, la roba de llit estarà posada, també trobareu coixins i mantes extra a l'armari. El bany te una amplia dutxa, hi trobareu tovalloles, xampú i gel de bany, assecador de cabell i paper higiènic, també trobareu tovalloles extra a l'armari de l'habitació. Disposeu de rentadora i planxa. Als baixos de l'edifici hi ha la vostra plaça de parking, per que no patiu per trobar aparcament.
