The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Ce gîte pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, est situé à Perret, en plein bourg, près de l'église. Autour, forêts superbes et paysages magnifiés par les monts d'Arrhée. Pêche, baignade et activités nautiques possibles au lac de Guerlédan situé à 10 mn en voiture. Linge de toilette et draps fournis gratuitement : les lits sont prêts à l'arrivée des voyageurs. Pas de frais de ménage sauf si la maison n' est pas rendue propre. Chauffage par pompe à chaleur.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
