Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Les Villards-sur-Thônes

The house is clean and beautiful as well.It was very comfortable for the three of us to stay, the view outside the room was beautiful, thank you, I will come again next time, highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Excellent stay, close to the slopes and many other activities (hiking...). Accommodation in a peaceful area, with plenty of room inside. Perfect for a wonderful holiday.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The apartment is really big, bright, very clean, nice and comfortable :) The centre of Thônes is very easy to access on foot. Emilie is very kind and attentive. The soundproofing of the entire building may be the only weak point of the apartment, but the environment remains very quiet in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

Great well-equipped cottage, well located too. The environment is very quiet, the terraces are a real plus. There is everything you need and it is much more comfortable than the mini cabin cottages that can usually be found in the mountains. Virginie is very accommodating and communication is fluid. Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This is a real dream place. The house has absolutely everything to spend an amazing break by the lake. Nicolas is an incredible host and was very attentive to any minor detail that we needed. We left today and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is magnificent and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A great experience, Fabrice had everything ready for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this lovely little spot to anyone!
