We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, between lake and mountain, it offers a peaceful and refreshing setting. Ideally located on the Thônes-Faverges axis, it is close to ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Manigod) and Lake Annecy. Whether you're sporty or"lazy", you've come to the right place! Designed for 4 people (2 double beds).

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Nestled in a secluded chalet with no direct neighbors, this spacious 62 m² loft features its own 16 m² private terrace. From every corner of the apartment, breathtaking views of the Aravis mountains and La Tournette invite you to pause and comtemplation. Enjoy independent access via an outdoor stone staircase, and convenient private parking just behind the chalet.
