This magnificent old farmhouse, partly renovated, allows you to enjoy a completely renovated main house of 180m2 and an independent studio of 30m2. The 3ha land has a garden area, an interior courtyard that can accommodate 7 vehicles, a pasture with our 3 donkeys and a pond (not protected for children but far from the house). The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

1 hour from Paris, come and rest for a weekend or for a longer period in this old bakery. Cottage located in a quiet area, 2 km from Bonneval and its shops. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and a washing machine are at your disposal. Upstairs, the bedroom consists of a double bed (140x90) and a desk area. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from the Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
