Ideally located, quiet on a one hectare plot, at the entrance of the city of Fontenay-le-Compte, voted most beautiful city in Vendée... You can visit in a week: La Rochelle (50 km), Niort, Marais Poitevin, Vouvant Mervent, Le Puy du Fou, the Futuroscope.

Come and enjoy a nice trip in "le marais poitevin". In the very heart of the village, a few meters from the bakery, the soccer field, and a pretty walk in the marsh. 10 min from Fontenay - Le - Comte, very beautiful Renaissance town which offers commercial areas, touristic activities for everyone, bars, restaurants and a renowned racetrack. Approximately 1h from La Rochelle, Nantes, le Puy du Fou, le Futuroscope, beaches... 2h30 from Bordeaux.

In the 2 bedrooms you will find a queen size bed and a shower room with toilet.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a private house with independent entrance through the garage of the house, and independent stairs. Quiet environment, overlooking garden and park. Central location, nearby businesses, close to all amenities. Free street parking. No pets allowed.

Shared garden. Animals kept on a leash and tolerant of the presence of our cats. Close to the town of Fontenay-le-Compte. Note: small staircase for access so not suitable for people with disabilities.
