We had a lovely stay in Rouen, the location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for exploring the old town. We were a bit worried about finding it beforehand but Ithri's instructions were excellent in the end it was very easy to find. The views are spectacular and the apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We'd definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you

I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation and a nice, very cozy decoration! The sauna and bubble bath was a plus to relax for a moment with a small terrace outside after a long walk in Giverny! The path to Giverny is next door and the banks of the Seine are beautiful! No noise at night!! I also liked finding products such as dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc. (things we don't think to bring) the kitchen is also very well equipped! And the bathroom is great! We also enjoyed a nice surprise: a bottle of cider well presented! Useful and practical instructions were given from the confirmation of the reservation, although we did not meet Emanuel it was as if he was present, he answered every question without delay! The parking space was also an important detail for us. In short, everything was great! Thank you Emanuel

Dad's hostel is very welcoming, clean and the atmosphere is very nice. The place is relaxing and very well decorated. We did not see anyone because we came on Christmas Eve but we had cordial exchanges with all the information we needed.

A spectacular accommodation, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Rouen, and ideal for visiting the area. Francoise is a spectacular and charming host. Apart from leaving us food details the day we arrived, he allowed us to park the car inside the property. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. If I could buy a vacation home on the Seine, this would be it. Great place to relax and enjoy the vibe. The private elevator was a major plus! The host, Charles, was very pro-active in helping to make the stay even better.

Our stay with Francois was delightful. The space is perfect for a couple. Quiet neighborhood, about 20 min walk from the city (stores, chapels, etc). If you take the bus, it’s about half that. Francois was very welcoming, and her dog Kali is super friendly and loves people. There are a few good bakeries and restaurants within a short walk. Theres a small supermarket thats about a 5 minute walk, and 2 large supermarkets a short bus ride away. They have a large, private backyard to relax in. If you want some peace and quiet, thats relatively close to the city, then this is your place. For the price, you will not find a better deal in the Rouen area. If we come back to Rouen, we will certainly stay with Francois again!

We arrived at 5 a.m. after a wedding party, very easy arrival, very clean accommodation, the bedding was great. Really very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the setting and the accommodation! We didn't get a chance to meet the hosts but they were super nice by message!! I recommend it.

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

The apartment has lots of charm. Located in a quiet area, under the roofs. The city centre is quickly accessible on foot or by tram.

These two days spent at the Duplex de l'Etoile were unforgettable. The area is so peaceful and rejuvenating. We were looking for peace and quiet and we were not disappointed. Thanks to the hosts for the pastries at breakfast, it's very much appreciated. We'll be back 😉

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping centre and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend
