The apartment is on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be available in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment is composed of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a sofa bed (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The dining room is furnished with a nice round table from the Flamant brand, 6 armchairs, and has 2 sea view windows, and is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is independent and perfectly equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, vitro stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided). The bedroom is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, LED reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is decorated in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea views. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, cupboards. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WIFI, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone app) before your arrival.
