Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Flamanville, rural and coastal, is a small peaceful village, in the department of Manche, on the west coast of Cotentin. Our cottage, close to the beach and hiking trails, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the old village area, called Caubus. A path will take you to the granite cliffs. Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

You've come to the right place if you want to connect with the sea and nature in a magical region, Cotentin.
