We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

the rental was in accordance with the descriptions of the listing. a house without neighbours opposite with a fully enclosed plot (very appreciable with our dog). Many trails through the woods 100m away. Access to the beaches is via very quiet paths and alleys. Really pleasant stay in a functional, clean house, the owner of which is present and responsive. we are already thinking about coming back.

Upon our arrival, a very pleasant welcome from Corinne, we really felt expected, it was nice. Nice accommodation, very well furnished, beautiful living room with bay window on a beautiful terrace overlooking magnificent trees, large bathroom. And after a few steps a very nice garden, very pleasant. The price-performance ratio is perfect

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas', house very well located close to shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not big but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very nice. The garage is also practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bikes and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thanks to Nicolas for his kind intentions and responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

Very nice stay at La Flotte! The accommodation is great and consistent with the photos, in a peaceful residence. The centre is 3 minutes by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

A very nice and well-equipped holiday home with many conveniences. Our host Mickaël was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes' walk from the coast and the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was well located, comfortable and well equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes' walk from the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is quite deep (2.20m) so great for swimming a bit. We recommend this family accommodation

We had a great family stay at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The centre of the village is accessible on foot (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the best places on the island!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to shops, market, beach. It is quiet and very well-equipped. Philippe the owner is kind and welcomed me with a gourmet welcome gift. This was my second time renting this place and I'm still so satisfied!

Visiting for one night, accompanied by my dog, I booked this studio because it is located a few minutes walk from a walking path along the ocean, the port of Les Minimes, the Father's Park, the lighthouse at the end of the world... the ideal for walks with your dog. The beach is also minutes away for people who want to swim. There are also bars, cafes, restaurants really close by. The perfect place to do anything by foot. Otherwise, the studio is as described. Perfect for one person. Clean, functional. The environment is a little noisy because the street is busy but it is not inconvenient for people who are used to the noises of the city. Ease of garage of the car too. So good address for a person or two because everything is within walking distance. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay in Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on holiday.

Apparently ideal for discovering La Rochelle. Restaurants at the foot of the accommodation so convenient and very well insulated so quiet! All points of the historic city within walking distance. Perfect!
