The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. Le parking de Chausy (gratuit) n'est qu'à 50 mètres, donc possibilité de se garer facilement. Il faut 15 minutes pour rallier le site du Tricastin. Proche des gorges de l'Ardèche, de la vallée du Toulourenc.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We're just 2min away by car and 15min by foot from the village and a the very center a very touristic region. Ideal place for sports addicts, and "horse-bike-hithiking-canoeing-goodfood-lovers !
