Spectacular ocean views design apartment with boat

Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

This is a large (50 m2) studio with private entrance: one bedroom, a kitchenette with dining area and en suite bathroom . There is a double bed and a sofa bed for two. The studio is a part of a 500 years old Masia in Ullastret. A great starting point for walks and cycling to explore the nearby villages. There are restaurants, beaches and golf courses in the vicinity. Car recommended. Tourist tax included. Fee for charging electric cars. Pets are welcome when notified in advance.

Nature is at the heart of this preserved village, with 400 km of hiking trails.
