Everything is in place for simple and friendly moments with family or friends, surrounded by nature, local produce, and great tourist sites. Futuroscope and Poitiers 40 min away, Parthenay 25 min away, Gallo-Roman site of Sanxay 15 min away. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.
