In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited plot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its strong character offers a setting and essential comfort to accommodate guests in search of a change of scenery and rest for a few days.

A car will pick you up from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 am. We are 10 minutes from the COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.

Comfortable, cosy, extremely quiet and charming two-bedrooms, sleeps 6, 125 sq. m. - completely refurbished in 2014 - traditional Norman ancient “longère” cottage, no direct neighbors, 1 ha of private garden and access to 10 ha of ecological reserve, nested in flowers and green meadows.
