(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Residence of the master of the forges built in 1793. Ideal place in Normandy to share good times with friends or family (130 km from Paris – 85 km from the sea). Absolute calm in an exceptional setting. In the heart of a shopping village, you feel like you are in the countryside (3000 m² garden). Indoor pool heated to 29° all year round. Many sports activities on the property itself: table tennis, badminton, pétanque, trampoline, bikes (+ others in the village) House for 15 people max.

We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Small charming house in the heart of the Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature, not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue at the fireplace or outdoors, with family or with your friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!

Large longhouse of 145 m², typical of Norman constructions from the 2nd half of the 19th century. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

Garden with ample parking (accessible van and trailer). Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Garden 1380m².

Come and enjoy a stay in the city center of L'Aigle a few kilometers from Perche, in a beautiful apartment by the river, freshly renovated with taste, modernity and simplicity. Paulette's apartment has a living room, open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with dressing room and a mezzanine relaxation/reading area. Ideal location: - Close to all shops; - Free parking - 10-minute walk to train station.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
