The cottage was perfect in every way. We had a great time. The proximity to the slopes is ideal for skiers. The little extra is this pool with mountain views. Possible point of suggestions: a safety barrier near the stairs for children would be a plus. Thank you for everything See you soon ☺️

Perfect! Daniel was a super host, check-in could be earlier which was fantastic. Everything for children is available. The only thing to take into account is that there are only 2 real bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Maybe a little small for two families. Otherwise, everything is great! You do share the garden with the landlord. Super sweet people!

We were there with 4 people for the Alpe D'Huzes. The apartment was neat and clean the host very friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and shops. A nice and large private garden, garage for the bikes. Great base for walks and bike rides. We enjoyed it tremendously.

We had a great weekend with the family at this beautiful home. The view is absolutely breathtaking and having coffee on the terrace in front of such a spectacle is absolute happiness. My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists too; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintaining the bikes, perfect. Communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, check-in and check-out as well, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is a must!

This recently renovated accommodation is decorated with great taste. We were three couples and greatly enjoyed the three bedrooms that each have their own bathroom and toilet. We found the accommodation to be impeccably clean. The weather allowed us to eat outside in the evening on the terrace which is very pleasant. The hosts are very friendly, in short, everything was perfect.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
