Well-located apartment close to the slopes ("Le Grand Dou" residence) offers accommodation for 4 people. (sleeping area with a large 140 x 200 bed and a sofa bed in the living room, same size). Balcony offers beautiful views of the ski slopes and the Meribel Valley. Quiet residence, without noise from the center of the resort. Shops, ski lifts 5 min walk. Fully equipped kitchen, shower and washing machine. Ski storage available. Free parking at the bottom of the building.

Enjoy a charming new apartment (made in December 2021 ) in the center of the family resort of Pralognan, in the heart of the National Park. Guests can enjoy a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed and balcony facing east, a mountain corner with bunk beds, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. At the edge of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, 20 minutes from Lake Annecy, in a small typical and quiet hamlet, 800 meters above sea level, the independent apartment is located on the ground floor of our home, an old renovated farmhouse. Ideal for different types of stays: decompression and rest, nature-oriented, discovering the region or sports and filled with various activities. Our area is full of resources!

The apartment is composed of a double sofa bed and retractable bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 people. (sofa bed changed on 11/24) It also has a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view. This accommodation is close to all shops, located in the center of the resort. You can reach the snow front by crossing the road. Linen not included, but a rental is possible for an additional cost of €15 per person.
